Purpose

My name is Benjamin Winslett. The Huntsville Patriot is my personal conservative political blog.

It should be understood by the reader that The Huntsville Patriot  is not a news site. THP is my commentary on the news of the day, especially in the realm of politics. In my commentaries, I supply links to the news sites which feature the stories about which I offer my comments.
